Rexmont Church , as affiliated with the Evangelical Congregational Church, has direct access to the Global Ministries Commission of the Evangelical Congregational denomination. The GMC has a direct association with over 20 missionary families and works with numerous relief and development initiatives throughout the world. The EC Church has international churches in Japan, India, Nepal, Mexico, and Liberia. It is also associated with various chaplaincy programs throughout the United States military.
Rexmont's Missions Ministry Team supports initiatives that serve to minister to unreached populations, create Christ communities worldwide, train and equip men and women for worldwide ministry, and seek to bring light into darkness.
In addition to mission presentations on "5th Sunday" mornings, Rexmont holds close ties with Twin Pines Camp. We also support and promote local missions programs, including a very active puppet ministry team (Sonshine Praise Puppets) that goes out to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with both children and adults. We also assist local mission organizations such as the Lebanon Rescue Mission.
